Detienen al cantante urbano Cris MJ en el centro de Santiago
Según constató CHV Noticias, el artista fue arrestado la tarde de este martes en calle Santo Domingo con San Antonio por haber infrigindo la ley que define los delitos y las penas vinculados al tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes.

La tarde de este martes, el cantante urbano Cris MJ fue detenido por personal de Carabineros en el centro de Santiago.
Según información enviada por un Cazanoticias, el artista fue arrestado en calle San Antonio con Santo Domingo, a solo un par de cuadras de Plaza de Armas.
Así, de acuerdo con las imágenes a las que tuvo acceso CHV Noticias, el artista aparece esposado afuera de su vehículo mientras es retenido por un funcionario de la institución policial.
Carabineros, por su parte, informó que la detención del joven de 21 años fue debido a una infracción a la Ley 20.000, la cual define los delitos y las penas vinculados al tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes.
Al proceder la fiscalización, uno de los carabineros dio cuenta que en el porta vasos del auto del cantante se encontraba un frasco con marihuana.
Además, 3 de las personas que acompañaban al artista, tienen antecedentes penales y se opusieron a la detención por carabineros de servicio.
El vehículo fue puesto a disposición del juzgado de policía local de la comuna de Santiago, ya que la documentación se encontraba vencida.
Al lugar de los hechos también llegó el padre de Cris Mj, quien puso resistencia ante la detención y fue puesto a disposición a del Ministerio Público por amenazas simples y oposición al procedimiento.
Polémica anterior con Fiscalía
Cabe recordar que en abril de este año, Cris Mj vivió una polémica situación luego de aparecerexhibiendo un armaen una transmisión en vivo que realizó a través de su cuenta de Instagram.
Por entonces, el intérprete de Marisola se dirigía a sus seguidores tras recibir una serie de acusaciones en su contra por parte de un productor de eventos, quien organizó un concierto en la ciudad de Iquique que resultó siendo “el peor negocio de su vida”.
En respuesta, el joven realizó un live de Instagram en el que lanzó duros comentarios al respecto y exhibió un arma en la transmisión, expresando que “agradezcan que te hice el evento cu..., sino me hubiera ido pa’ España hace cualquier día”.
A raíz de la polémica, el fiscal jefe de Iquique, Eduardo Ríos, informó que la PDI logró la “ubicación e individualización” del cantante urbano en la comuna de Santiago e informaron que “se procedió a la incautación de un armamento tipo pistola, réplica tipo airsoft”.
